SKD PTFE suture is monofilament made 100% of Polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE), without any additive. It is a non-absorbable thread which combines the low bacterial adhesion of the monofilament with the highest softness and ideal flowability into tissues typical of the silk.
The PTFE suture is ideal for all dental implants, periodontal treatments and bone grafts; it is chemically non-reactive and biologically inert so that it limits the inflammation along the closing line.
