Quotation & Return Policy

At I-Surgical, we supply medical, surgical, and laboratory equipment strictly on a wholesale, business-to-business (B2B) basis to hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions. Due to the strict regulatory and sterile requirements of the medical industry, our return policies are governed by strict safety protocols.

1. Quote Validity and Order Confirmation

  • All items added to your inquiry list on i-surgical.com are requests for quotations (RFQs). No binding contract exists until a formal Pro-Forma Invoice is issued by our sales team and accepted by the buyer via an official Purchase Order (PO).

  • Standard quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue unless stated otherwise on the pro-forma documentation, subject to currency fluctuations and stock availability.

2. Cancellation and Stock Returns

  • Non-Sterile Equipment: Claims for shortages, incorrect items, or order discrepancies must be submitted in writing within 7 business days of receiving the delivery.

  • Strict Sterile Exception: To maintain clinical safety, any opened, unsealed, or compromised sterile consumables, surgical gowns, drapes, sutures, or single-use medical devices cannot be returned, credited, or exchanged under any circumstances.

  • Restocking Fee: Approved commercial returns on bulk inventory or major equipment ordered in error are subject to a 15% restocking and inspection fee.

3. Equipment Warranty & Clinical Defect Claims

  • Advanced technical items (e.g., ICU Ventilators, Patient Monitors, Anesthesia Machines) are backed by their respective international manufacturer warranties.

  • If equipment fails to pass initial biomedical calibration upon delivery, I-Surgical will arrange for inspection, repair, or replacement in accordance with the manufacturer's technical guidelines.
