Terms & Conditions of Sale
These Terms and Conditions govern all commercial requests for quotes, wholesale purchases, and supply agreements facilitated through I-Surgical (i-surgical.com).
1. Eligible Professional Entities
I-Surgical is a strict Business-to-Business (B2B) medical wholesaler. We do not sell directly to the general public or end consumers. By submitting an inquiry list or a Request for Quote (RFQ), you warrant that you are a registered healthcare provider, medical facility, distributor, procurement agency, or licensed laboratory professional authorized to procure medical-grade supplies.
2. Commercial Pricing and Payment Terms

Prices displayed on the digital catalog are indicative B2B wholesale prices and exclude VAT unless explicitly stated. Final binding pricing is determined solely on the official Pro-Forma Invoice issued by our sales office.

Payment must be settled via Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or according to pre-approved corporate trade credit accounts before goods are dispatched.
3. Regulatory Compliance & Licensing
It is the sole responsibility of the purchasing institution to ensure they possess the necessary legal permits and regulatory authority to house, operate, or implant the medical devices and surgical items supplied by I-Surgical.
4. Technical Limitation of Liability

I-Surgical serves as a specialized distributor of international medical brands; we are not the original design manufacturer.

I-Surgical shall not be held liable for any clinical malpractice, operational failure, patient injury, or legal claims resulting from improper equipment installation, lack of routine technical calibration, untrained user operation, or unauthorized field modifications.
5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. Any legal disputes arising from commercial transactions shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Namibia.
