Shipping policy
Wholesale Shipping & Delivery Policy
I-Surgical coordinates specialized medical logistics for bulk distribution across Namibia and the Southern African region.
1. Delivery Timelines
-
Estimated dispatch and delivery timelines will be explicitly detailed on your formal Pro-Forma Invoice, as lead times depend on volume, stock availability, and manufacturing schedules for high-tech devices.
-
For in-stock medical consumables and surgical instruments, processing typically takes 2–4 business days from payment clearance or approved credit terms.
2. Shipping Logistics and Freight Costs
-
Because we operate on a wholesale model, freight charges are calculated manually based on total cargo weight, volume, and required temperature controls (if applicable). Shipping costs will be clearly itemized on your final quotation.
-
Heavy Machinery & Furniture: Hospital beds, theatre tables, and large imaging systems are shipped via specialized freight. The buyer must ensure the facility is accessible for heavy cargo offloading.
3. Collection Option (Ex-Warehouse)
-
Registered corporate clients and medical institutions may opt to arrange their own courier or collect confirmed orders directly from our warehouse hubs. This choice must be requested during the quotation stage to omit freight charges from your invoice.
4. Cross-Border Shipments (Southern Africa)
For institutional buyers outside of Namibia, goods are supplied on an Ex-Works (EXW) or Free on Board (FOB) basis unless otherwise negotiated. The importing facility is responsible for all cross-border clearance, medical regulatory import permits, and regional customs duties.
