Application:
Prothrombin time is a screening test for exogenous coagulation factors, which is used to confirm the presence of congenital or acquired defects or inhibitors of fibrinogen, prothrombin, and coagulation factors V, VII, and X; At the same time, it is used to monitor the dosage of oral anticoagulants, which is the preferred indicator for monitoring oral anticoagulants.
