Application:
Fibrinogen is the main protein in the coagulation process. In addition to the stress response under physiological conditions and the third trimester of pregnancy, FIB increase mainly occurs in acute infections, burns, atherosclerosis, acute myocardial infarction, autoimmune diseases, multiple Myeloma, diabetes, pregnancy-induced hypertension and acute nephritis, uremia, etc.; FIB reduction is mainly seen in DIC, primary hyperthyroidism, severe hepatitis, liver cirrhosis and thrombolytic therapy.
This kit is used to quantitatively determine the content of fibrinogen in human plasma in vitro for auxiliary diagnosis.
