A. To establish an account, simply click “Register” .You will enter your billing and shipping addresses and create a unique user name and password. You will have access to your order history and can place orders securely 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Q. Do you offer Next-Day or Second Day Express Shipment?

A. Yes. Please contact us directly for express rates at info@i-surgical.com or call +264 81 8211521.

Q. What is the cost to ship my order?

A. For Deliveries in Winhoek is Free and all clients outside Windhoek will be send with the following couriers for receiver to pay. Nampost, Formula Couriers, South Western Express and any preferred Courier Company of the client.

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. No. At this time we only ship within the contiguous of Southern Africa ( Namibia, Botswana ,Angola or South Africa).

Q. Do you accept credit cards?

A. Yes, we accept all major credit cards including Master Card and Visa.

Q. Do you accept a personal or business check?

A. No Unfortunately we don’t allow Checks

Q. Can I apply for 30 Days Credit?

A. Yes you may but for new clients we expect them to at least have 6 months working relation with us before awarding credit facilities.

RETURN INFORMATION

Q. How do I return a product?

A. Before returning any item, please contact us at +264 81 8211 521 to obtain the required Return Authorization. Returns should be done before 10 Days

Q. Is there a time limit on returns?

A. There may be time limits or other restrictions set forth by the manufacturer of the item purchased, please do contact us to discuss your return as soon as possible. Unless sent in error by OnlineMedicalSupply.com, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Please read our return policy here.
